• Defrost 2h in the fridge
• Leave 10 min at room temperature

For hot chocolate lava cake:

Option 1. MICROWAVE

• No defrosting
• Reheat 45  seconds

Option 2. OVEN

• No defrosting
• Bake 16 min at 180°C

Option 3. AIRFRYER

• No defrosting
• Bake 12 min at 180°C
