Is there a minimum order?

We offer FREE shipping for orders above HK$400. If you cannot reach the minimum order, we will need to charge HK$50 delivery fee.

How long before my order is ready?

For both delivery and pick up at our facility, you can expect your order to be ready within 3 to 5 business days.

You will receive a first automatic confirmation email once your payment is processed. If you have chosen delivery, our customer service will contact you through WhatsApp or Email within 2 business days following your payment to confirm your delivery date preference based on our schedule (see delivery schedule below).

Where can you deliver?

We can deliver everywhere in Hong Kong island, in Kowloon and new territories.

Please notice we cannot deliver on outlying islands (except Tung Chung & Discovery Bay in Lantau) and village houses. 

All locations must be accessible for 5.5 ton trucks. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order at our facilities in Tsuen Wan West.

  • The below roads do not allow 5.5 tons truck to enter, a special truck will be arranged and therefore an additional charge will be incurred. 

    • Hong Kong Island : Deep Water Road, Shouson Hill Road East / West, Mount Austin Road, The Peak, Magazine Gap Road, Bowen Road, Lugard Road, Borrett Road, Village Terrace, Kai Yuen Street, 48 Mount Kellett Road (Sunshine Villa)、Tung Shan Terrace  (Height limit & Slope)

    • Kowloon : Shatin Pass Road 

    • New Territories : Keng Hau Road, Kam Tin (Seasons Monarch) 


Do you deliver every day?

Our delivery team work Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM, and follow a schedule based on delivery areas:


Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 

HK Island, Fo Tan to Sheung Shui, Discovery Bay

Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 

Kowloon & New Territories


Monday & Thursday: 

Sai Kung 

We deliver between 10AM and 6 PM. We cannot guarantee a shorter time window. Our delivery team will call you 30 minutes prior to delivery time, to inform you of their arrival.


What if I am not home?

Please try to make sure someone is home to collect the goods. Our products being frozen, they should be stored at -18°C and will thaw if left at room temperature for too long. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.

Shall our delivery team fail to hand over the goods in person, they will be instructed to leave them at your door.


Return Policy

Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately up on delivery for any deficiencies and/or damage. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our Customer Service

(2407 8311) at the time of delivery (Mon.-Fri., from 9 AM to 5 PM) or send us an email to [email protected]. Otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.


Refund/Replace policy

It is the receiver’s responsibility to check the condition of any good received. Refund, if any, will be deducted from your next order.
